Privacy Policy

Rotavue is developed and operated by VietProHub (“we”, “us”). Last updated: 2 October 2026.

This policy describes what personal data we handle when you visit this website, contact us, or use the Rotavue desktop app. It is written for the current private preview; section 5 explains what changes if we later sell licences.

1. This website

  • We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site in its current form, and we load no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.
  • The live demo is a static file served from the same site. It contacts no other server.
  • Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) to deliver and secure the site. We do not receive those logs in a form we use to identify you.

2. When you contact us

If you email vietprohub@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the message and anything you attach. We use it only to reply and to provide the access or support you asked for. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or the business relationship lasts, then delete it on request.

3. The Rotavue desktop app (private-preview edition)

  • Your photos, projects and exports stay on your computer. The AI stages run locally; nothing is uploaded.
  • The preview edition makes no network connections: no licence server, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no update check.
  • Each copy we give you carries a recipient name so we can tell copies apart; it is shown in Settings > About and is not sent anywhere.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share the correspondence described in section 2 with anyone except providers we use to run the site and our email (hosting and email services), who may process it on our behalf.

5. If we sell licences later

Before selling licences we will update this policy. The licensed edition would process, to deliver the service: your email address and name; a hash of your machine identifier (not reversible), machine name, operating system and app version, for activation and seat limits; and payment records held by our payment provider (card details never reach us). Telemetry and crash reports, if offered, would be opt-in and off by default. Activation, billing and similar data would be kept for the life of the licence and for as long as tax law requires.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Japan’s APPI) you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Write to vietprohub@gmail.com; we will answer within 30 days.

7. Security

We keep correspondence in our email account protected with a strong password and two-factor sign-in. The site is served over HTTPS.

8. Children

Rotavue is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and change the date above.
